Summary of Terms and Conditions Governing All Sales

Each order placed with "The Wild Side West Inc." (Also "Wild Side") constitutes Buyer's and Buying Company's acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions printed in the most recent Business Credit Agreement (Also "the Agreement") then offered by "Wild Side" at the time of placement of each such order. Buyer and Buying Company waive all terms and conditions expressed in their memoranda regarding any such order (including their Purchase Orders) which may conflict with or vary from the agreement. Buyer and Buying Company also waive all modifications to the Agreement which are not both written and duly signed by "Wild Side". Prices and Discounts subject to change without notice. "The Wild Side" accepts VISA , MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER on domestic and international orders.

Minimum Order: Minimums for Domestic orders are $100.00 in value or they will be subject to a $20.00 handling fee. Minimum orders for International Shipments are $500.00.

Agreement: Any and all discounts contingent upon payment in good funds within terms. Initial orders require cash, cashiers check or money order. Shipping and handling charges added to all non-will-call orders, subject to current minimum. Restocking charges added to all returns and refusals (20%, subject to current minimum). Any past due accounts will be charged 1 1/2% per month interest charge.

Claims and Returns: All claims for any return of goods or adjustments of charges must be made within fourteen (14) days of the date of shipment. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. If heat transfers are found defective in manufacturing, packaging or shipping, our liability will be limited to replacement of an equivalent amount of heat transfers. Except for such replacement, these heat transfers bares no warranty whatsoever, even though damage, defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault.

Recommendations for application of heat transfers are based on "Wild Sides" experience Since "Wild Side" has no control over conditions of storage, equipment or substrate, pre-testing is the responsibility of the buyer.
